Ronald “Ronnie” Lents Obituary

 Ronald “Ronnie” Dean Lents (Crock), 61, of Washington, Indiana went to be with his Lord and Savior, on March 13th, 2023.
Ronnie was born in Washington, Indiana to the late Jerry and Margaret “Williams” Lents on August 31, 1961.
He graduated from Washington High School and perused a Welding degree through Oakland City University. He was a Coal miner for many years where he received the handle “Crock.” During his later years he worked as the Lighthouse Recovery Centers Men’s Director. In Ronnies free time most recently he enjoyed paint correcting many cars to ensure that their beauty was restored to the best they could.
On November 3rd, 2003 Ronnie married the love of his life, Trisha Leigh “Wonder” Lents.
Those left to mourn the loss of Ronnie include: his wife Trisha, sons: Brock Lents and Brandon Wonder, daughter: Cortney Wolfe, grandchildren: Everly Wonder, Atlas Wolfe, and cousin: Penny McCool.
Ronnie is preceded in death by, parents: Jerry and Margaret Lents, aunt: Phyllis, cousin: Donna Richmond.
Ronnie had an amazing sense of humor and was the most selfless person no matter how much it cost him. Above all else Ronnie loved the Lord with all of his heart and was a faithful servant. Anyone that knew Ronnie knew he had a passion to help the lost and the people in need, he spent a lot of his time in Prison ministry, Wabash Correctional Facilities preached and told his story to many surrounding jails. Ronnie was an excellent public speaker. For many years Ronnie was heavily involved in the Emmaus Community.
A memorial visitation will be held on March 31, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Fredrick and Son-Gill Funeral Home in Washington.
