Nancy Louise (Scott) Lett

Nancy Louise Lett passed away Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at 3:10 p.m. at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes.  Nancy was born August 6, 1935, in Brooklyn, Indiana, to the late Emma (Kays) and Elva Scott.  On May 29, 1954, Nancy married the love of her life, Charles William Lett.    

Nancy was a homemaker who loved spending time with her family – especially her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.  She was a wonderful cook, and often got together with friends to play Euchre.  Nancy attended the Bicknell First Christian Church.  

Nancy is survived by her husband, Charles William Lett of Bicknell; and her children:  Becky (Bill) Wilson of Floyds Knobs; Tina (Rod) Lamb of Linton; James Lett of Bicknell; and Tim Lett of Ghent, Kentucky. Additionally, she leaves her six grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.  A brother, Junior Scott, Bicknell, also survives.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and a sister.

The family will host a memorial visitation and service on Friday, April 30, 2021, 5:00-7:00 p.m., at the Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Home, Bicknell Chapel, 109 East 6th Street in Bicknell.  Reverend Ron Barnes will be the speaker.
