Jozlyn Nicole Pryor

Jozlyn Nicole Pryor 17, of Bicknell, went to be with the angels on Saturday, July 17, 2021 after battling diabetes most of her young adult life. 

Jozlyn was born on July 6, 2004 in Washington, IN to Amanda Pryor and Gabriel Dougan.

Jozlyn was a fun loving young lady who attended North Knox High School, and participated in the Dancing Warrioretts. She loved art and would often be sketching or painting in her free time. Jozlyn, like many young girls, also loved her shoes and had many pairs to coordinate them with what she was wearing for the day. She also enjoyed riding dirt bikes and was a fan of Michael Myers. Jozlyn was a member of Word of Life Church and loved her family and friends who will mourn her passing together and help one another through this horrific loss of a beautiful life.

Jozlyn leaves behind; her mother, Amanda Pryor; father, Gabriel Dougan; siblings, Tristan Dougan, Lincoln Zuber, and one baby brother on the way, Mymphis Dougan; maternal grandmother, Cheryl Pryor; paternal grandmother, Nancy Morris (Lyman); numerous aunts and uncles; and her boyfriend that was very special to her Isaiah Calvert and her loving cousins Lee, Arianna, Sammie, little Danny, Noah and Delani  and Yuri. 

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Danny Pryor.

The family will be accepting those mourning the loss of Jozlyn on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at Word of Life Church, 7144 Russell Dr. Bicknell, IN 47512 from 4:00P.M. until 7:00 P.M. with a service following on Friday, July 23, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. at EdwardsportTown Cemetery. Burial will follow in EdwardsportTown Cemetery.
