Joyce Ann Turpin 69, of Vincennes was called to her eternal home on Friday, January 17, 2020.

She was born in Vincennes, IN. September 22, 1950 to the late Odrey M. Blair and Robertine Ethel (Hollingsworth) Blair.

Joyce was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, never missing a game or school activity. She enjoyed time with her family on Sunday afternoons and traveling to Kansas to visit with her children and grandchildren who reside there. Joyce was an active member of the Moose Lodge, American Legion, VFW, and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles.

Survivors include; her children, Tracie Frye (Adrian Borjas) of Deerfield, KS, Billie Palmer (Bill) of Vincennes; Fransisca Luna of Vincennes; Isaac Luna of Deerfield, KS; Fidencio Luna (Roxsann) of Columbus, GA; twenty-two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Joyce was preceded in death by; her husband, Robert Turpin;parents; and a brother, Larry Blair.
