Janice Delores Morrison

Janice Morrison 82, of Vincennes went to her heavenly home on Saturday, March 26, 2022.

Janice was born in Oaktown on April 13, 1939 to the late Arthur Morrison and Blanche Grizzle Morrison.

Janice was a seamstress for K.C.A.R.C. plant 2. She was a devoted member of the Oaktown Christian Church and enjoyed church activities. Janice had many joys of which she loved; cooking, painting, traveling, bowling, and playing bingo. Spending time with her nieces and nephews was a great joy in her life and she took great pride in them; she also never forgot a birthday.

She leaves behind; numerous nieces and nephews to mourn her loss, and many friends. 

Janice was preceded in death by; father, Arthur Morrison; mother, Blanche Morrison; three sisters, Bernice Johnson, Betty Phegley, and Mary McCrary; seven brothers, Junior, Russell, Bob, Earl Merill, Darrell “Peanut”, and Gary Morrison.

There will be a graveside service, to be officiated by Pastor Richard Stewart at Oaktown Cemetery on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at 3:00 P.M.  Memorial contributions may be made to K.C.A.R.C. 711 Old Wheatland Rd. Vincennes, IN 47591 to the Oaktown Christian Church, 103 School St. Oaktown, IN 47561. The family welcomes online condolences to be left at www.fredrickandson.com.
