Glenda M (Wright) Drogich-Bertram

Glenda M. Drogich-Bertram, a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on May 22, 2023, in Bicknell, IN. Born on March 4, 1942, Glenda was a compassionate and caring woman who devoted her life to her family and friends.
Glenda was preceded in death by her first husband, Nick Drogich; second husband, Darwin Bertram; parents, John and Martha "Martindale" Wright; infant sister; three sons, John, Charles, and Terry Drogich; daughter, Susie Morales;  three grandchildren, Churchie Martin, Heather Frye,  Ryan Phegley, and a daughter in law Glenda Drogich. She is survived by her children, Nicholas (Leila) Drogich of Bicknell, IN, David (Michelle) Drogich of Sandborn, IN, Michael (Judy) Drogich of Linton, IN, and William (Kathy) Drogich of Linton, IN; sister, Irma Gluck; brother, Charles Wright; several nieces and nephews; 32 grandchildren; 69 great-grandchildren;  eight great-great-grandchildren; and a daughter in law Annette Helton.
Glenda's professional life was spent as a dedicated nurse's aide, where she provided comfort and care to those in need.
In her free time, Glenda's greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren. She cherished every moment spent with her family. Glenda’s love for her family was evident in the close relationships she maintained with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Her warm and nurturing spirit will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
As we remember Glenda M. Drogich-Bertram, let us celebrate her life and the countless ways she made a difference in the lives of those around her. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 30, 2023 from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Fredrick & Son McClure-Utt Funeral Homes, Bicknell Chapel with a service immediately following also at the funeral home. Afterwards, Glenda will be laid to rest in Bicknell Memorial Gardens.
