Gary D Hammelman

Gary D. Hammelman 60 of Vincennes, went to his heavenly home on Friday, February 14, 2020 at Good Samaritan Hospital.

Gary was born in Vincennes on September 19, 1959 to Edgar Dean Hammelman and Martha Spanger Hammelman. Gary resided at the KCARC group home on Arc Ave in Vincennes. Gary was well loved by everyone for his positive personality, smile, and for his love of music.

Survivors include; his father, Edgar Hammelman of Edwardsport; sister, Cathy Hammelman Justice of Springfield; brother, Jason Hammelman (Christie Hammelman) of Greenfield, IN.; nieces and nephews, Matt Justice (Kelly), Catherine Justice (Garrett Barr), Jennifer Hammelman, Rachel Hammelman, Emma Hammelman, Leah Hammelman, and Maya Hammelman; sister-in-law, Lisa Hammelman.

He was preceded in death by; his mother, Martha Spanger Hammelman; step-mother, Linda Miller Hammelman; brother, Paul Hammelman; niece, Hannah Hammelman.

There will be a visitation on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at Bethel Church, 13673 E. State Rd 58 Edwardsport, IN 47528, from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Mike DeCoursey officiating a service immediately following at 1:00 P.M. Burial will take place in Salem Cemetery in Westphalia.
