Ruth Mae Pinnick

Ruth Mae Pinnick, 86, Bicknell, passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at Bridgepointe Health Campus. Ruth was born February 14, 1931, in Knox county, the daughter of Everett G. and Lillie (Donahay) Stone. She married Orlando Chester Pinnick Jr. on October 3, 1947. She was a homemaker and worked for a few years as a nurse’s aide at Willow Manor.
Ruth is survived by her daughters, Deanna (Donald) Russell of Greenwood and Lissa Mason of Ladoga, IN; sons, Dennis (Virginia) Pinnick of Washington and Cary (Brookie) Pinnick of Ft. Wayne; ten grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; sister-in-laws, Ida Ruth Stone and Betty Stone; and her “sweetie pie”, Arkie.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Orlando Pinnick; son, Corey Pinnick; son-in-law, Stan Mason; brothers, Floyd, Charles, Paul, Carl and Edward Stone; and sisters, Ruby Koenig and Betty Newport.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 18, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Home Bicknell Chapel with Pastor John Moreland officiating.
