David Chad Spangle

David Chad Spangle, 44, Bicknell, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2018 at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville. Chad was born March 12, 1973, in Franklin, IN, the son of David and Linda Kaye (Perry) Spangle. He was a truck driver for J and J Concrete. He loved motorcycles, four wheeling, semi trucks and fishing.
Chad is survived by his parents, David and Linda Spangle of Bicknell; children, Mason and Bailey Spangle; sisters, Terri (John) Lindsey of Loogootee and Gina (Jeff) Horn of Bicknell; nieces and nephew, Brandon Ivey of Loogootee, Abbey Lindsey of Loogootee, Kelsey Emmons of Carlisle and Lindsey Horn of Clayton, IN; great-nephews, Layne and Kyson Emmons.
He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 2:00 PM with Pastor John Trotter officiating at Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Home Bicknell Chapel. Visitation will be held on 10:00 AM until time of service. He will be laid to rest at Asbury Chapel Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
