Ann Elizabeth Gouverneur, 63, Virginia Beach, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Sentara Princess Anne Hospital in Virginia Beach, VA. Ann was born April 12, 1954, in Vincennes, the daughter of Carl and Patsy (Robbins) Gouverneur.
Ann is survived by sister, Carla James and her husband Dr. Jon James of Vincennes; brothers, Ernest Gouverneur and wife, Deborah of Vincennes and Curt Gouverneur and wife Regina of Beaverton, OR; and several nieces and nephews; and special friends James and Kelly Dice, of Virginia Beach.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She will be cremated and a memorial service will be announced at a later date. Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Home Vincennes Chapel, 313 Church St. assisted the family with local arrangements. Online condolences may be made at www.fredrickandson.com.
